Individual therapy shouldn’t just be about venting. It’s about getting clarity on who you are, what you want, and what’s been holding you back. I work with people who are ready to look inward, challenge old patterns, and actually do something different. If that’s you - I’m here for it.

Individual Counseling in Frisco TX

Christian Counseling in Frisco TX

You’re here because you’re ready to grow.

You’re not here because you’re broken.

You’re the one who holds it all together. But lately, something feels off - you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, maybe even a little lost. Maybe you’re in a season of change: a new relationship, a big move, the start of something real; and it’s bringing up more questions than answers.

If you’re here, it’s probably because something needs to shift.

This isn’t about staying in the loop, it’s about breaking it. It’s about slowing down, getting honest, and doing the kind of work that actually leads somewhere.

Therapy with me isn’t about getting it right - it’s about getting real, and then working from there.

Depending on your goals, we might:

Explore identity, values, and what actually matters to you

Build tools for navigating conflict, big emotions, or hard conversations

What We’ll
Work On Together

Untangle the patterns keeping you stuck

Make sense of family dynamics or old stories you’re still carrying

Learn how to move through uncertainty with more clarity and self-trust

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you figure things out and move forward.

Therapy with me is conversational, thoughtful, and real. I’ll ask questions that get you thinking, offer language when you’re stuck, and help you challenge the patterns that aren’t serving you. Sometimes that means deep reflection. Sometimes that means practical tools. Sometimes it just means having a space where you don’t have to filter a single thing you say. You can expect a calm, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are - even if that’s messy, or in progress.

You don’t need another wellness cliché.

How This Will Feel -
and What You Can Expect

We’ll talk it out, work it out, and build something better.

What Makes This Different

Here’s what sets this work apart:

There’s a lot of therapy out there that feels like either a lecture or a lullaby. This isn’t that.

Not a spa day. And that’s a good thing.

- It’s not just talk: it’s traction. We’ll dig into what’s underneath, but we’ll also focus on where you’re going next.

- Grounded in science, not fluff. I lean on tools rooted in psychology, relationships, and behavioral research.

- You’ll be challenged - gently. I’ll meet you where you are, and help you keep moving. This work is about real growth.

- You’ll leave with language. Sometimes the hardest part is naming what you feel - I’ll help you find the words.

Sessions are $150 per hour.

I don’t accept insurance - which allows for more personalized and flexible care. No diagnosis codes, no session limits, and no outside hoops.

This is an investment in the version of you you’re building next.

My PRICING

I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Let’s talk it out Then
work it out.

For some people, it might be helpful to meet weekly, or even a few times a week! For others, once a month or even a few times a year makes a big difference in progress. There is no "right" answer, it all depends on what you want out of therapy and the progress you feel yourself making.

How often should I do therapy?

How much is a counseling session in Texas?

02

Truthfully, it doesn’t matter either way. The terms are often used interchangeably. Some people say counselor, others say therapist - what matters more is how they work, not what they’re called. The real difference comes down to their training, style, and whether their approach actually helps you move forward.

Is it better to see a counselor or therapist?

01

ASKED and ANSWERED

Therapy and counseling are basically the same thing - both are about taking care of your mental health. The words are used interchangeably, so what matters most is finding someone whose style and approach work for you.

Do I need therapy or counselling?

There are two big things to look for: One, look for someone who actually addresses the issues you are coming in for. Don't go see a play therapy specialist for ADHD in adults! Two, make sure that you feel connected and relaxed with your therapist- sometimes the relationship just doesn't "click", and that's okay! Find someone who speaks to you.
